Services were conducted by Brother Clarence DeLoach and Brother Michael Grooms. Interment followed in the Wilson County Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include: daughter Shelia Diana (Clarence) Phelps; grandchildren April Dawn (Delton) Robbins and Reginald Fowler Phelps; great grandson James Colton Robbins; step great grandchildren Jenna and Lori Robbins.
Also surviving are siblings Ellen (James) Guinn and Grace Mahaney -- both of Cookeville and Garland (Virginia) Meadows of Lebanon; sisters-in-law Betty Meadows of Lebanon; Yvonne Meadows of Cookeville; and Jannette (Keith) Brown of Hilham; and brothers-in-law Charlie (Ina) Poston and Gilbert (Roseann) Poston -- all of Livingston.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years Fowler E. Poston on June 27, 2007; sisters Nola Brown and Nellie Ragland; and brothers James, Norman, Earl, Donal and Varnie Meadows.
Honorary pallbearers: Ray Nash, Jimmy Leonard, Steve Pruitte, Loyd Walker, Fred Vaughn, Rod Brown, Jim and Babbs Byrd, Bea Hallums, J. B. Ragland, Betty Meadows, Jennifer Adelle Meadows and Kaitlyn Adelle Wilkerson.
