MT. JULIET – Graveside services will be conducted 10 a.m. Friday, December 11 at Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens for Mr. Hodges, 65, of Mt. Juliet. A member of the Center Chapel Church of Christ, he died Dec. 8, 2009.
Mr. Hodges worked as a real estate broker, general contractor and a rural letter carrier for the LaVergne Post Office. Visitation will be 9-9:30 a.m. Friday just prior to departure to the cemetery at Bond Memorial Chapel, N. Mt. Juliet Road and Weston Drive, Mt. Juliet. Services will be conducted by Rev. Darryll Duncan.
Survivors include: wife Pamela Hodges of Mt. Juliet; children Chris (Rolinda) Hodges of Azle, TX; Michael Hodges of Ft. Campbell, KY and Tanya (Raymond) Hodges Alley of Mt. Juliet.
Also surviving is his mother Irene Lucille Hodges of Portland and siblings Wilma Hodges Durham, Daphne Hodges Mann and David Hodges -- all of Portland and Ray (Martha) Hodges of Greenbrier; seven grandchildren and a great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Guthrie Hodges and sister, Eunice Hodges Price. Flowers accepted or memorials may be made to Alive Hospice, 1718 Patterson Street, Nashville, 37203-9658.
