There will be lots of fun things to do from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Stop by the Back Porch Stage and listen to Bluegrass music provided by Sugar Ridge starting at noon and then take your turn at horse shoe pitching, checker playing or walking around to see demonstrations by the blacksmiths, wood carvers, a model train exhibit, printing press demonstration, and puppet shows.
For horse enthusiasts there will be a display of horse breeds and a ferrier demonstrating horse shoeing. The Master Gardeners will be there to demonstrate how to plant a spring garden.
That’s not all! Complete your day by attending the Whip Crackin’ Rodeo starting at 7 p.m.
