LEBANON – Funeral services were held Monday morning, June 23 at the Partlow Funeral Chapel for Mr. Neely Elmer Butler, 77, of Lebanon.
A descendent of the early settlers of Lebanon, and the son of the late Pauline Newby Butler, he died Friday, June 20, 2008 at his home. Burial was at the Cedar Grove Cemetery.
Mr. Butler attended Lebanon High School and Middle Tennessee State University. His career included service to the American Heart Association, The Easter Seal Society and the State of Tennessee.
LEBANON – A Celebration of Life service will be held 4 p.m. Sunday, June 29 at the Partlow Funeral Chapel for Mrs. Peggy Bond Elkins, 57, of Lebanon.
A loan originator with Ascend Federal Credit Union, Mrs. Elkins died Friday June 20, 2008 at her residence following an extended battle with cancer.
The family will receive friends at Partlow Funeral Chapel Saturday June 28 between the hours of 2-6 p.m. and Sunday from 3 p.m. until the service.
Services will be conducted by the Rev. Billy Trice.
LEBANON — Funeral services are planned for 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 24 at the Partlow Funeral Chapel for Mr. Andrew Perry Martin, 91 of Lebanon.
A lifelong car dealer in Wilson County and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church, Mr. Martin passed away Sunday, June 22, 2008 at his residence.
Services will be conducted by Brother Donald Owens and Brother Dick Gillespie. Interment follows at the Wilson County Memorial Gardens.
LEBANON – Funeral services are scheduled for 12 Noon Wednesday, June 25 at the JC Hellum Funeral Chapel for Mrs. Winfree, 35, of Lebanon. She died June 19, 2008 at Nashville’s Vanderbilt Medical Center.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 11 a.m. until the funeral. Interment will follow at Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Survivors include husband Waymon Winfree and sons Tyler, Jeremiah, Isaiah and Nathaniel Winfree.
Also surviving is mother Carla (Charles) Foster; father Thomas Jones; sister Mary Jones; grandmothers Patricia Jones and Rita Grubbs; in-laws Wilkie and Ruby Winfree; sister-in-law Debbie (Bob) Jennings; brothers-in-law Wesley (Lisa) Winfree and Wade Winfree; as well as any other relatives and friends.
