The driver of a vehicle which struck a utility pole on Coles Ferry Pike near Lebanon early Wednesday morning was cited for due care, financial responsibility and no driver license.
That is according to a report filed by the state trooper regarding the one-vehicle accident that occurred at approximately 6:08 a.m., Wednesday, May 8.
There were no injuries reported.
The report said a 1996 Chevrolet Blazer, driven by Lisa Dyer, 43, of Lebanon, was traveling east on Coles Ferry Pike when it ran off the right side of the roadway and proceeded down an embankment where it struck a utility pole. The utility pole was reportedly split in two.
Dyer was wearing her seat belt at the time of the accident. A passenger in the Blazer, Joseph Jutras, 21, was not wearing a seat belt, the report said.
