A Clydesdale is approximately 18 hands, or 6 feet tall, and weighs an average of 2,000 pounds.These Gentle Giants have a calm disposition and meet millions of people each year.To be a Budweiser Clydesdale, horses must be bay in color, have four white legs, a black mane and tail, and a blaze of white on the face.


At 3 p.m., the horses will arrive for staging in the Kroger parking lot and attendees will have the chance to see the beauties up close.At 4, the eight-horse hitch will parade the interior of Providence Marketplace, displaying their graceful gait and polished coats, before they return to Kroger to greet more guests.
