If you have moved within the county and need to update your address please make the change before you vote to avoid a delay at Early Voting or on Election Day, he said.
Voter registration in Tennessee is by county and if you have moved into Wilson County you are required to complete a new voter registration application before the registration deadline.
With the deadline rapidly approaching, anyone wishing to vote in November should pick up a voter registration application now at any of the following locations: Wilson County Clerks office, any branch of the Public Library, Department of Safety & Homeland Security, Department of Human Services, Lebanon or Mt Juliet Chambers of Commerce, most government offices and the Election Commission office.
Also, an application may be downloaded and printed from the Election Commission website, www.wilsonelections.com.
Early voting for the Nov. 6 election is from Oct. 17 through Nov. 1. There are four locations to choose from in Wilson County, including the Watertown Community Center, Election Commission Office in Lebanon, Mt Juliet Community Center and Gladeville Community Center.
All four locations will be open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m., and on Saturdays, from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m.
Vote early and avoid the Election Day rush and Election Day lines, Warren said.
