The Wilson County Chamber of Commerce is presenting the Festival of Lights for the 14th year. Over 12,000 folks visit the light show during the Christmas season.

This year, in cooperation, with the Powerhouse Youth Project, a Drive-in movie experience has been added for the families of the immediate area. The Powerhouse Youth Project is a non-profit dedicated to assisting children and students in their quest for positive choices and a healthy future.

The Drive in Movie experience will offer a unique experience with some of the best in Christmas favorites on the big screen.  Families will be able to stay in their vehicles and enjoy the holiday favorites on a large screen and audio through their FM radio in their vehicle.

Holiday concessions will be available. Proceeds from this endeavor will benefit the efforts of the Powerhouse Youth Project in our local schools.

The event offers a great opportunity for visibility as the screen will be used to advertise your upcoming event, products, and services. Each attendee will also receive a flier with coupons or information from each of our sponsors for a direct impression. We are limiting the sponsorships to only 1 per designated industry.

A $300 sponsorship provides quality imaging on the large theater screen with image placement on distributed flier and opportunity for coupon on future advertisement.

On Dec. 4-5, the movie “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” will be shown and children can meet the characters from the movie. On Dec. 11-12, “Polar Express” will be shown. Come get your ticket punched and meet Santa. On Dec. 25-26, “Elf” will be shown and attendees will receive “reindeer food.”

Your sponsorship can also be a tax deductible gift as it is given to the Powerhouse Youth Project, a 501 (C) 3 non-profit organization. Sponsorship Payments are made payable to the Powerhouse Youth Project.
