CARLYLE, IL -- A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 24, 2010, at St. Mary’s Church in Carlyle for Mrs. Buehler, 82.
The daughter of the late of Joseph and Eulalia (Karcher) Eswine, she died Thursday, July 22, 2010 at her residence in Carlyle. 
Born July 17, 1928, in Belle Prairie, IL, she married Lloyd G. Buehler July 19, 1947, in Piopolis, IL and he preceded her in death July 17, 2004.  
Mrs. Buehler worked at a dress factory in McLeansboro, IL and was a loving housewife and mother. She enjoyed quilting, making baby toys and crafts and canning fruits and vegetables.  Flo Ann was a member of St. Mary’s Church in Carlyle, an honorary member of the U.S.S. Indiana Association and an active member of the Wilson County Senior Citizens Center in Lebanon. Mrs. Buehler was the matriarch of the Buehler Fan Club. 
Services will be conducted by Fr. George. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Carlyle. 
Mrs. Buehler is survived by daughters Anne Tomlinson and husband David, Donna Cushing, Mary Ashby and husband Jim, Barbara Tomlinson and husband Donald and Paula Piercey and husband Gregg -- all of Lebanon, Jeanie Deiters and husband Ed and Geralyn Isenberg -- all of Carlyle, Illinois; sons Lloyd J. Buehler and wife Marlene of Centralia, IL, Bill Buehler of Lebanon and David Buehler and wife Donna of Carlyle.
Also surviving are 23 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; a brother Louis Eswine of Festus, Missouri; sisters-in-law Gloria Eswine of Coco Beach, Florida and Florence Eswine of Chesterfield, Missouri along with many nieces and nephews. 
In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by daughter Carolyn Buehler on January 3, 1970; grandson Bradley Deiters on June 4, 1971; son-in-law David Cushing; brothers Oscar and Bill Eswine and a sister Regina Speros and husband Tony.   
Memorials in memory of Mrs. Buehler may be made to the St. Mary’s Church Baptismal Fountain Fund and will be received at the funeral home.
