On Thursday, July 11, the Golden Bears will participate in a 7-on-7 passing scrimmage at Riverdale High in Murfreesboro followed a visit to South Warren High in Bowling Green, Kentucky on Saturday, July 13.


Mt. Juliet will participate in the Border Wars a combination 7-on-7 passing tournament for the skill players and a lineman competition for the big fellows.


Lebanon Highs new head coach Sam Harp will expect his team to report Monday at 5:55 p.m. for workouts.


The Blue Devils will keep that schedule all next week as the coaching staff will concentrate on conditioning.


Two-time defending state champion Friendship Christian School will lift at either 9 a.m. or 6 p.m. next week with an eye toward picking up a few 7-on-7 passing scrimmages beginning next week.


Weve still got some kids playing summer baseball, so well get things set up a little later in the month, said Commander coach John McNeal.


Watertown High coach Gavin Webster indicates his squad will practice Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between the hours of 5-8 p.m.

Wilson Central's football team will hold 7 a.m. workout Monday through Wednesday, followed by technique work for lineman only on Thursday and Friday. The Wildcat backs and receovers will participate in 7-on-7 work Thursday, followed by a trip to Nashville Friday and Saturday to participate inin the Music City Classic7-on-7 round-robin tournament at Vanderbilt.


According to second-year head coach Jake Roberts, Mt. Juliet Christian Academy will practice Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between the hours of 7-10 a.m.
