Mt. Juliet Senior Citizens Center requests the pleasure of your company at the Annual Sweetheart Gala on Saturday, Feb. 27, at 6:30 p.m. at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church located on 14544 Lebanon Road in Mt. Juliet.
The banquet will feature a full prime rib or chicken entrée compliments of the Mt. Juliet Morning Rotary Club, with musical entertainment provided by the Silver Notes, a full 16-person band. There will also be a Silent Auction at the Gala, so come prepared to eat, shop, laugh and enjoy a wonderful evening with everyone.
Organizers are also seeking donations from the local community businesses and patrons to be sold at the Silent Auction during the Sweetheart Gala. Each donation will identify the donor and value of the item(s) for bidding. Organizers said they are planning and working for a large turn-out from members and local business partners.
They said they would appreciate your consideration for any donation you may be able to provide. This would be a great way to market your business, service, or product to the seniors and community. The seniors are very much a part the community, and officials at the Senior Citizens Center said they would like to continue to provide a great atmosphere for fun, fellowship, and personal health and wellness to members there. With the help of many, they said they will be able to do much.
For donations or questions, contact Donna Stephens, executive director of the Senior Citizens Center, at 758-9114.
To attend the Gala, the cost is $25 for MJSC members, $40 for non-members, and $320 for business tables (seats eight). By purchasing tickets and attending this event, you are helping to support the Senior Center though a charitable donation, which can be used as a tax deduction.
Please RSVP by Friday, Feb. 12 by sending a reservation and payment, as well as your choice between prime rib or chicken, to Mt. Juliet Senior Center, 2034 N. Mt. Juliet Road, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122, or call 758-9114 or visit the website at www.mjseniorcenter.org.
