LEBANON -- Funeral services scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 2 at the Ligon & Bobo  Funeral Home for Mrs. Turner, 81, of Lebanon.
A native of Wilson County and the daughter of the late Charlie Calvin and Florence Harvey Carpenter, she died Sunday, May 30, 2010 at the Lebanon Health & Rehab Center.
She was a homemaker and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church where she sang in the choir and taught Sunday school for many years.
Visitation after 9 a.m. Wednesday.
Services will be conducted by Rev. Donald Owens. Interment will follow at the Wilson County Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include: husband Reed Turner; children Melissa Archer and Danny (Diane) Ingram --all of Lebanon; and Melody (Tim) Agee of Mt. Juliet; step-children Judy White of Lebanon and Mildred Hembree of Cookeville.
Also surviving are grandchildren Dana (Josh) Maxwell, Matthew Agee and Chad Agee; step-grandchildren Stacey Watson and Ken (Julia) Underhill; three step great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband Aubrey Albert  Ingram and a brother Robert Calvin Carpenter.
Honorary pallbearers: Dr. Kenneth Anderson, Dr. Leora Horn, Sylvia Alexander, Bill Boykin and the staff of Lebanon Health & Rehab.
Family members will serve as active pallbearers.
Memorials may be made to the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center, 691 Preston Bldg, Nashville, 37232.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Kenneth Anderson and to the staff of Lebanon Health & Rehab.
Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
