Wilson Central 55, Beech 48
SHACKLE ISLAND -- Kendall Spray has 20 points and Kayla Jackson added 17 to lead Wilson Central to a 55-48 win at District 9-AAA rival Beech High Tuesday.

Spray and Jackson each drilled three 3-pointers as the Lady Wildcats improved to a 3-1 overall and 1-0 in the league, overcoming a 27-24 Beech lead at intermission.

Dominique St. Louis finished with eight points.

Wilson Central will host Lebanon High Friday in a 6:30 p.m. doubleheader.

Friendship 36, Trousdale Co. 34
HARTSVILLE -- Friendship Christian picked up the first win of the season Tuesday, downing Trousdale County High 36-34. Hailey Pittman and Abby Hinton each completed old fashioned three-point plays in the final 90 seconds to secure the victory.

Hinton and Taylor Patterson each had nine points to lead FCS -- now 1-4 on the season.

The Lady Commanders will host Pope John Paul II Thursday at 6 p.m. in a girls-only contest.

Hendersonville 71, Lebanon 47
LEBANON -- Ninth grade guard Anastasia Hayes exploded for 26 points to lead Hendersonville to a 71-47 victory over Lebanon Tuesday at Campbell Brandon Gymnasium.

Hayes finished 9-of-14 from the field, mostly on drive to the basket and short jumpers, and passed out five assists.

Leading 29-22 at intermission, Hendersonville (7-1, 1-0 9-AAA) pulled away with a 22-13 third quarter run.

Senior Madison Sloan led Lebanon with 20 points. Jameka Dowell added eight and Morgan Bruce chipped in with seven.

LHS (2-4 overall, 0-1 in 9-AAA) will be on the road at Wilson Central High Friday, Dec. 13.

Mt. Juliet 64, Gallatin 43
GALLATIN -- Three Mt. Juliet players broke into double figures in Tuesday night's 64-43 win at District 9-AAA rival Gallating High.

Raeyana DeGray had 18 points, Sally McCabe 12 and Ashley Roby 11 as the Lady Bears improved to 6-1 overall, 1-0 in District 9-AAA.

Mt. Juliet is scheduled to host Portland Friday, Dec. 13.

Watertown 47, Red Boiling Springs 38
WATERTOWN -- The Watertown Tigerettes improved to 6-3 on the season following a 47-38 home win over Red Boiling Springs Tuesday.

Watertown will play at Merrol Hyde Friday, then will host Pickett County Saturday, Dec. 14.

Zion Christian 42, MJ Christian 29
MT. JULIET -- Mt. Juliet Christian Academy slid to 7-4 on the season following Tuesday night's 42-29 home loss to Zion Christian Academy.

The Lady Saints got seven points apiece from Lauren Wankel, Meredith Orr and Caroline Scott.

MJCA will play at Trousdale County High Thursday night, Dec. 12 in the second game of a 6 p.m. doubleheader.

Mt. Juliet Christian is scheduled entertain Red Boiling Springs Saturday, Dec. 14 in a 6 p.m. twinbill.
