A man charged in an accident that took the life of a Nashville physician was in court Thursday for a preliminary hearing.
Stray bullets have struck several homes recently in a Mt. Juliet neighborhood, and Mt. Juliet Police are very concerned with this activity and are hoping to identify the source of the bullets.

Coached fighters on reality TV series
LEBANON -- Cumberland University wrestling coach Todd Allen announced the hiring of two-time All-American and The Ultimate Fighter Reality TV show coach Shaine Jaime as the program’s new full-time assistant coach.
Jaime was a two-time Division II All-American at Central Washington University, placing third twice during his career for the Wildcats.
Sinclair Broadcasting, parent company of the Nashville TV station, made the decision to move its highly-popular “Thursday Night Lights” broadcast to Friday in order to avoid a conflict with the new package of Thursday night broadcasts of National Football League games.
