Lebanon Council to hold special meeting

Lebanon City Council will have a special called meeting at 5 p.m., Thursday, March 20, in the Town Meeting Hall, City of Lebanon Administration Building at Castle Heights.

Council will consider second reading on the following ordinances:

  1. To authorize line item transfers for the Customer Service Department

  2. Authorizing the acquisition of right-of-way for the Walter J. Baird Middle School Safe Routes to School Project along West Forrest Avenue

  3. To authorize budget amendments for the Beautification Committee (for the annual Think Green/Think Clean Litter Challenge)

  4. To authorize and approve a Hold Harmless Agreement with Tennessee CVS Pharmacy, LLC for placement of a sign at CVS/pharmacy at the intersection of West Main Street and South Hartmann Drive within the City of Lebanon public utility and drainage easement.
