LEBANON -- Funeral services were held Tuesday morning, June 1 at the Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home for Mrs. Scheuerman, 93, of Lebanon.
Born October 24, 1916, in Trousdale County to the late Walter and Rowena Vann Loyd, she died Saturday, May 29, 2010 at the Lebanon Health & Rehab.
Mrs. Scheuerman was retired from Middle Tennessee Electric and a member of the First Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school for 32 years and was a member of LLL.
Services were conducted by Rev. Don McElroy.  Interment followed at the Cedar Grove Cemetery.
Survivors include: daughter Carolyn Vann Scheuerman of Nashville; brother Dr. James Walter Loyd of Lebanon; grandchildren Karen Hall of Lebanon; James Thomas Hall of Maryville; and Allison Hall (Mark) Boring of Maryville.
Also surviving are great grandchildren, Richard (Tanya) Long, Kristin Jump, Katie, Hayden and Chaney Boring; great great grandchild, Michael Long; and niece Brenda Patterson Simms of Nashville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of over 64 years Clair William Scheuerman, son William Oliver Scheuerman and  sister Patty Loyd Patterson.
Honorary pallbearers: Jack Howard, Joe Thompson and Bert Coble.
Active pallbearers: Mark Boring, Jim Hall, Richard Long, Hayden Boring, Chris Morgan and Daniel Allen.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
