LEBANON -- Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 25 at the Partlow Funeral Chapel for Mrs. Horn, 80, of Lebanon.
A homemaker who attended Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, Mrs. Horn died Monday, Feb. 21, 2011 at the University Medical Center.
Visitation Thursday between the hours of 3-8 p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. until funeral at Partlow Funeral Chapel.
Services will be conducted by Rev. Javin Lawson and Rev. David Lawson. Interment follows at Fairview Cemetery.
Survivors include: daughters Ruth Horn of Watertown; Linda Sue Hibdon of Katy, Texas; Molly (Jerry) Stewart of Gordonsville and Delores Carol (Richard) Phillips of Norene.
Also surviving is special granddaughter / caregiver Glenda Hawkins (Marcus) Pipkin of Murfreesboro; nine additional grandchildren; seven great grandchildren, and sister Josephine Cook of Bradshaw, West Virginia.
She is preceded in death by parents Gilbert and Rosie Keen; her husband of 57 years Raymond Ellis Horn; children Hobert, Jimmy, Terry, Danny and Helen; great grandson Michael Anthony White Moss; siblings Louisa, Katherine, Julia Bell, Agnes, Creedy, Amanda Jane, Frank, Thomas, Buskel, Josh, Cecil and Beryl Ray.
Pallbearers: J.J. Bennett, Tony Matney, Jimmy Horne, Ray Collins, Wesley Hibdon and Bob Edmisten.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Lung Association of Tennessee, One Vantage Way, Suite B-130, Nashville, 37228.
