Chandler said both individuals told investigators that $60 was exchanged for the act.
Investigators seized $2,400 cash, a laptop computer and a 2006 Pontiac G6, which authorities said were proceeds and equipment used by those engaging in prostitution.
Chief Andy Garrett praised the tip the MJPD received from an anonymous citizen and said a valid complaint from a citizen becomes a top priority for the department.
When it becomes a priority for citizens to complain, we do our best to make it a priority to investigate. When a valid tip comes in, we focus our resources to investigate the tip completely, Garrett said.
Authorities searched the home of business-owner Jie Allen at 1065 Lakewalk Drive in Antioch, and reportedly found a handgun, an AR-15 assault rifle and an AK-47 assault rifle inside the home. Also, Chandler said $13,900 was seized from the home as authorities believed it to be proceeds from prostitution.
Steve Allen, homeowner and husband of Jie Allen, is a convicted felon. It is illegal for convicted felons to own firearms. The guns were seized and turned over to the Metro Nashville Police Department.
Chandler said Jie Allen will be indicted with Prostitution and Promoting Prostitution and her business and personal bank accounts have been frozen by court order. The City of Mt. Juliet also suspended Allens business license and the business location has been vacated.
Chen is charged with Prostitution and Von Mann is charged with Patronizing Prostitution.
