MT. JULIET -- Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon, April 29 at the Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet for Mrs. McKee, 70, of Hermitage.

Secretary / treasurer and member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 1291, Mrs. McKee died April 25, 2008.

She was the daughter of the late Walter and Ida Beason, Sr.

Entombment followed the service at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include children Debbie (Edwin) Lester, Karissa Baker, Christi (Patrick) Wallace and Michael (Alicia) McKee.

Also surviving are seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by sister Betty Wilmoth and brother Walter Beason, Jr.

Pallbearers included Jacob Watkins, Matthew Watkins, Greg Watkins, Bruce McKee, Carl Kelley and Jeff Moore.
