The weather has cooled off a little this week. Many People in this area call this time of year Dogwood Winter. That occurs when the temperature drops and the Dogwoods are in bloom as they are here along Pennsylvania Avenue in Lebanon. Temperatures were to drop again into the 30s again last night/early this morning with scattered frost possible.
