Kristen Staback

LEBANON - Cumberland aUniversity volleyball coach Dewayne Deering landed a standout signee from the Hoosier state last week with the addition of Kristen Staback.

The daughter of Pat and Kim Staback, Kristen is a senior at Gibson Southern High School in Ft. Branch, Indiana.

A three-year starter and varsity captain, she was an All-County, All-Conference and Academic All-Conference selection as well as being named honorable mention all-state.

Ranked sixth in her graduating class, Kristen was her school’s recipient of the Wendy’s High School Heisman Award.
