LEBANON -- Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at the Partlow Funeral Chapel for Mrs. Burge, 83, of Lebanon. Retired from Texas Boot Company and a member of Highland Heights Church of Christ, Mrs. Burge died May 4, 2008 at the University Medical Center. The daughter of the late Richard and Novie Jones Smith, she is also preceded in death by husband Clarence "Potsy" Burge. Services were conducted by Brother Michael Grooms with interment at the Cedar Grove Cemetery. Survivors include: daughter Patricia(Charles) Alford of Lebanon; grandchildren Danny (Stacy) Rogers and Tim Rogers; great grandchildren Cory, Garrett, Mikayla, and Arlaina Rogers. Family members served as pallbearers. Memorials may be made in Mrs. Burge’s memory to Highland Heights Church of Christ. Partlow Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements. |
