Dear Ken: Who had the hit song in the 1960s about “The Mighty Quinn”?
“Come all without, come all within,
“You’ll not see nothing like the mighty Quinn.”
The song, “Quinn the Eskimo (Mighty Quinn),” was written by Bob Dylan in 1967, and became a hit for the British band known as Manfred Mann in 1968. It is possible the title was a reference to an Eskimo that actor Anthony Quinn portrayed in the 1959 film, “The Savage Innocents.”

Dear Ken: How many films has WWE wrestler John Cena made? Where is he from?
Cena, 33, hails from West Newbury, Mass., and has completed three movies: “The Marine,” “12 Rounds” and “The Marine 2.” The latter was recently released straight to DVD in the United Kingdom. He has two more flicks that should be out later this year, “Fred: The Movie” and “Brother’s Keeper.” The former college football player, bodybuilder and limo driver has also released a rap album.

Dear Ken: Who played Tom Hanks’ best friend on the TV series “Bosom Buddies”?
The sitcom, which only ran for two seasons, from 1980 to 1982, recently received recognition at the TV Land Awards. Hank’s partner in the cross-dressing comedy was Peter Scolari, who went on to co-star in “Newhart,” which was set in a Vermont inn.

Dear Ken: Is Goldie Hawn making any more movies? How many has she made?
The 64-year-old actress and grandma has not made a movie since 2002’s “The Banger Sisters.” She made her film debut in 1969’s “The One and Only, Genuine, Family Band” as a giggly girl. She has about 27 films under her belt.

Dear Ken: Did Ken Curtis star in another TV series before he became known as Festus Hagen in “Gunsmoke”?
Geronimo! Curtis starred from 1961 to 1963 with Larry Pennell for two seasons in “Ripcord,” an adventure series about two guys who owned a skydiving business. Of course, before that he was a big band singer with the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra and then a member of the Sons of the Pioneers western singing group and a movie star, who often worked with John Wayne in such films as “The Quiet Man,” “The Searchers,” “Rio Grande,” “The Wings of Eagles,” “The Horse Soldiers” and “The Alamo.”  He was also a fine gentleman.
