To the Editor:
    
I would like to take this opportunity to commend Ms. Anita Farmer at the Roxy Theater in Lebanon. I recently held a birthday party there that did not run so smoothly.  After letting Ms. Farmer know, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make it right! She is a gem in our community! 

In a time when customer service seems to have fallen by the wayside, she is a cut above the rest!
