The City of Lebanon will be suspending the curbside clean up April 14-19 to allow the street department to distribute Special Census information. The curbside clean-up will continue the following week, and will be extended through May 2. In order to keep city taxes low and increase the city’s state-shared revenue, all residents inside the city limits of Lebanon are urged to call in, drop off, mail in, or complete your census information on-line at http://www.lebanontn.org/. This applies to everyone living in the City of Lebanon, regardless of whether they rent or own their home or apartment. All the city needs is the FIRST and LAST name of each person living in the household, and the street address. This information is kept strictly confidential. Lebanon police and fire officers and other city workers will have to visit every address that does not immediately respond. You may call in your information to 453-1360, 453-3660, 453-9120 or call City Hall at 443-2839. You may fill out this form and drop it off at Lebanon City Hall (inside the building or use drive-thru window), the Jimmy Floyd Family Center, or the Greer Recreation Center. You may mail your form to the City of Lebanon, 200 N. Castle Heights Ave, Lebanon, TN 37087. You may complete the information online at www.lebanontn.org. You may fax your information to 443-2851. |
