LEBANON - Funeral services have been scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday, April 12 at the Partlow Funeral Chapel for Mrs. Phillips, 65, of Lebanon.
The daughter of the late Henry and Emma Gill Thompson, she died April 9, 2008 at the St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville.
Mrs. Phillips was a member of the Vine Baptist Church, a homemaker and a Forklift driver with the Stone Container Corp., in Missouri for 29 years.
Visitation is Friday between the hours of 3-8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 - 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
Services will be conducted by Brother Danny Sellars, Brother Glenn McDonald and Brother Keith Pulley.
Burial will follow at the Conatser Cemetery.
Survivors: her husband of 24 years Norm Phillips, son Curtis Scott Lehew and his fiancee Misty Bobier of Lebanon and daughter Tina (Don) Harper of Gallatin.
Also surviving are siblings Buddy (Brenda) Thompson of Celina, Bobby (Donna) Thompson, Paul Donald (Josephine) Thompson -- all of Lebanon and Ruth (Randy Wise) Lackey of Mt. Juliet.
Also surviving are grandchildren Curtis Lehew, Jr., Annie (Stephen) Scruggs, Maggie Lehew, Brooke Kufner, Adam Kufner and Bailee Kufner; great grandchildren Emmit Jackson, Oakley Bright, Ayden Kufner, Victoria “Torie” Scruggs, Curtis Anthony Lehew and Karista Joanne Lehew.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brothers Boots Thompson, Glenn “Lizzard” Thompson and his wife Tommy Sue Thompson and James “Rabbit: Thompson.
