From Post Staff Reports An elderly lady behind the wheel of a black car struck a pedestrian in the Fred’s parking lot Monday afternoon. Lebanon Police Officer Wayne Howard said that pedestrian, Debra Mapp, of Lebanon, was exiting Fred’s when the car allegedly bumped into her. “They said it was an elderly lady, maybe 70 to 80 years old. She bumped her and said, ‘Oh, you’ll be alright and drove off,’” Howard said. “We don’t have a tag number or anything.” At the scene, Howard said first responders did not find any bones broken on Mapp but that she was carried to University Medical Center. |
