A three-car accident at 7117 Hwy. 70 close to Linwood Road reportedly resulted in two-three people being transported by ambulance for treatment of injuries.

The exact number of those injured is unknown at this time.

The accident occurred at approximately 3:15 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 13. Tennessee Highway Patrol responded and is investigating, said Dalya Qualls, spokesperson for the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security.
