A fatal car crash on I-40 near the Beckwith Road exit shut down the interstate Wednesday afternoon until after 2 p.m. The three car wreck shut down all lanes but one on Interstate 40 east in Lebanon. Investigators with the Tennessee Highway Patrol said the wreck started when a jeep driven by 19-year-old Cody L.
