Man charged 43 times since '86

A man suspected of breaking into a home on Sugar Flat Road that was occupied was arrested a short time later and has been charged with aggravated burglary and vandalism.

The man arrested in the incident, Franklin D. Fish, is also a suspect in other burglaries in Wilson County.

JULIET -- National experts have said recently that the recession may be “over,” and the tides of the nation’s economic troubles may be turning, but times are still pretty tough around the country and many areas are seeing stagnant growth and a rash of businesses closing, huge companies folding and dust settling on construction that has ground to a halt.
