Man charged 43 times since '86 From Post staff reports A man suspected of breaking into a home on Sugar Flat Road that was occupied was arrested a short time later and has been charged with aggravated burglary and vandalism. The man arrested in the incident, Franklin D. Fish, is also a suspect in other burglaries in Wilson County. |
