LEBANON -- David Tinsley, 47, of Lebanon, passed away on March 4, 2009. A private memorial service will be held in Kentucky. Survivors include mother Canelia M. Tinsley of Lebanon; sister Tammy and (John) Miles; niece Breanne Miles and nephew Sheldon Miles – all of Newport News, VA. He is preceded in death by brother Wesley Tinsley.
