MT. JULIET -- Cody Elijah Dean, age 4 months, of Mt. Juliet, died Sunday, April 5, 2009. Cody is the infant son of Craig and Stacey Dean.

Visitation will be 1-3 p.m. Wednesday, April 8 at Bond Memorial Chapel with graveside services to follow at Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include: parents and brothers Connor, Chandler and Caden Dean; maternal grandparents Stan and Cheryl Barnett and Cliff and Julianne Buttons; paternal grandparents Clarence and Doris Dean.
