LEBANON -- Memorial services were held Monday evening at the Sellars Funeral Home on the Baddour Parkway for Mr. Johnson, 51, of Lebanon. Known as "Ziggy" to his friends and family, he passed away April 24, 2009.  Services were conducted by T.A. Bryan.

Survivors include wife Debbie Johnson of Lebanon; step-sons Todd Page and T.J. Page; sister Kelly Johnson Hale; niece and nephew Hailee Hale and Cory Hale; special friends Todd and Susan Jenkins, Ray Johnson and Cathy Clemons as well as several cousins.

He is preceded in death by parents Riley Benton and Gloria Crutcher Johnson. Memorial donations are requested.

Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon, was in charge of arrangements.
