OLD HICKORY -- Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday afternoon, April 29 as the Hermitage Funeral Home for Mr. Enochs, 22, of Mt. Juliet.

Known as "Jake" to his family and friends, he passed away Sunday, April 26, 2009. He was a senior at Middle Tennessee State University.

Visitation with the family 1 - 2 p.m. Wednesday. Interment will follow service in Hermitage Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include his mother and step-father Cindy (Allen) Jones; father Jeffrey Enochs; sister Jennifer Enochs; step-brothers Jonathan and Thomas Jones; grandparents Stan and Cecile Enochs; step-grandfather and grandmother Jess and Wanda Anderson.

Friends will serve as pallbearers.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Assn., 1818 Patterson St., Nashville, TN 37203.

Hermitage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
