LEBANON – Funeral services have been scheduled for 1 p.m. Sunday, June 14 at the Lebanon Church of God for Ms. Shannon, 78, of Lebanon. Born June 12, 1930, she died June 7, 2009 at Lebanon’s University Medical Center.

Family visitation is set for Sunday, June 14 from 12-1 p.m. with services to follow. Interment will be at the Greenwood Cemetery.

Survivors include children Annette (Jesse) Gilliam, Velda (Eric) Walker, Sharon and James Shannon; brothers, John and Pascal Harrison; sisters, Ethel Harrison, Martha (Joe) Boddie; sister-in-law Gearldine Owens; brother-in-law Willie Ed Lee; three grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; as well as other relatives and friends.

JC Hellum Funeral Home, 107 Stokes St., is handling the services.
