LEBANON -- A memorial service was held Tuesday evening, June 23 in the Partlow Funeral Chapel for Mr. Smith, 58, of Lebanon. A driver with Denney Trucking, he died at his home Saturday, June 20, 2009.

Survivors include: mother Lois Smith of Oklahoma; son Stephen (Amy) Smith of Franklin; and daughter Loni Hennessey of Jackson.

Also surviving: siblings Richard (Barbara) Smith of Florida, Steve (Linda) Smith of Montana, Carol (Dave) Hunsperger of Oklahoma; grandchildren Curtis, Brittny, Dallas, Landon and Bailee; great-grandchildren Aubrey and McKayla.

Partlow Funeral Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
