LEBANON – Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m., Sunday, July 5 at Hunter Funeral Home in Watertown for Mrs. Bane, 77, who died Thursday, July 2, 2009.

Born Sept. 7, 1931 in DeKalb County, she was the daughter of the late Oscar Sandlin and Daisy Parker Sandlin. Mrs. Bane was a homemaker.

The family will receive visitors from noon until 8 p.m., Friday, July 3; from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m., Saturday, July 4, and from 10 a.m. until time of services on Sunday. The Rev. Mark Miller will officiate with the Rev. Mike Potts assisting.

Survivors include her nieces Jerri Reese of Lebanon and Bobbie (Talmage) Young of Dowelltown; grand nieces and nephews Michelle Milbauer, Ashley Harville, Brian, Alex and Isabelle Harville.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bane was preceded in death by her ex-husband Goble Bane, an infant sister and sisters Gertie Irene Tubb and Minnie Belle Driver.

Pallbearers will be Talmage Young, Chris Harville, Robert Bane, Virgil Bane, Alton Bane and J.C. Vanatta.

Hunter Funeral Home in Watertown is in charge of arrangements.
