MT. JULIET – Mr. Smith, 29, of Mt. Juliet died Saturday, July 4, 2009. The family will receive friends 4-8 p.m. Friday, July 10 at Bond Memorial Chapel, N. Mt. Juliet Road and Weston Drive.

A memorial service will be conducted at a later date. Those interested may contact the family for more information.

Survivors include: children Charles Lee Smith, Jr. and Christiana Smith, mother Mary Catherine Smith, sister Pam Hieronimus, niece Adriana Pacheco and nephew James Hieronimus.
