CELINA — Funeral services have been scheduled for 1 p.m. Sunday, July 12 at the Upton Funeral Home in Clay County for Mr. Smith, 34, of Lebanon. Formerly of Clay County, he passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2009.

The family will be receiving friends Friday from 4-9 p.m. at Sellars Funeral Home on the Baddour Parkway; Saturday from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. until the funeral at the Upton Funeral Home, W. Lake Ave, Celina.

Sunday afternoon’s service will be conducted by Brother Daniel Stirnemann. Interment will follow in the McDonald Cemetery.

Survivors include parents Eddie R. and Darlene Abney Smith of Lebanon; daughter Tessa Reanne Smith; grandparents Jim and Christine Smith; aunts Juanita Smith and Judy Smith; uncles Richard Abney, John Abney, Jammie Smith, Wayne Smith, Phillip Smith, Thomas Smith and Bobby Smith; as well as numerous nieces and nephews; and dear friend Penny Killman.

Mr. Smith is preceded in death by grandparents George A. and Auda Abney and Milton T. "Tobe" and Effie Roach and uncle Billy Ray Smith. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon, is in charge of arrangements.
