MT. JULIET — Funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon, July 21 at Bond Memorial Chapel for Mr. Creasman, 84, of Lebanon. A native of Hixson and a member of Cooks United Methodist Church, he died Saturday, July 18, 2009.

A member of the Hixson Masonic Lodge No. 727 F&AM for 55 years, he was a veteran of World War II and a retiree of State Farm Insurance Company.

Services were conducted by Dr. Craig Goff. Interment with military honors followed at Wilson County Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include: his wife of 64 years Dorothy Jollay Creasman of Lebanon and children Debra (Ric) Phillips of Mt. Juliet and David (Deborah) Creasman of Lebanon, Also surviving is granddaughter Leah Creasman; brother-in-law Ernest (Jean) Jollay as well as several nieces and nephews

Mr. Creasman was the son of the late, Francis Wesley and Nellie Bowman Creasman. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Elizabeth Ann Nale and his grandson, Phillip Brandon Hance.  

Family and friends served as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be the Friendship Sunday School Class. Memorials may be made to Cooks United Methodist Church Building Fund, 7919 Lebanon Road, Mt. Juliet, 37122.

Bond Memorial Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
