MT. JULIET – Graveside funeral services have been scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday, September 18 at the Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens for Mr. Meadows, 56, of Lebanon. A carpenter and a member of the Church of Christ, Mr. Meadows died Wednesday Sept. 16, 2009 at Madison Health Care.

Visitation is scheduled at the Partlow Funeral Chapel from 11 a.m. until the service. Services will be conducted by Randy Spurlock, Kenny George and Tim Meadows.

Survivors include: father & step-mother Garland Odell and Virginia Meadows; brothers Steve (Barbara Jean) Meadows of Mt. Juliet, Tim (Melissa) Meadows, Pete (Debbie) Heckman, and Butch Heckman — all of Lebanon; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

He is preceded in death by mother Margaret Louise Johnson Meadows; brothers Edwin and Tony Meadows.     Partlow Funeral Chapel is in chare of arrangements.
