Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18 at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church for Mrs. Hale, 45, of Lebanon. A member of Lebanon’s Cumberland Presbyterian Church and an employee of Superior Driver Source, she died Thursday, Sept. 13, 2012 at Centennial Medical Center.

The family will receive friends Monday, Sept. 17 between the hours of 4-8 p.m. at the Partlow Funeral Chapel. Visitation at the church on Tuesday will be held from 11 a.m. until service which will be officiated by Brother Kevin Medlin. Interment will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery.

Survivors include: her husband of 25 years Kevin Hale; sons Casey Aaron Hale & Cole Matthew Hale; daughter, Katie Marie Hale; parents Sid & Glenda Paris; sister Lisa Jean Paris; mother-in-law Gloria Tinnell; father-in-law Glenn Hale; brother-in-law Michael Hale; sisters-in-law Kristy Hale Lacuniak & Amy Hale . 

She was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Joey Morris Hale.

Active pallbearers: Jim Gibbs, Michael Hale, Todd Albert, Alan Reed, Michael Phillips and Randall Hudson. Honorary: The  Pharmacy Department of University Medical Center, Superior Driver Source and Gibbs Pharmacy staff.
