Mr. Massingale, 81, of Antioch, died Nov. 13, 2012 at the Guardian Community Living Home.
Visitation will be held Monday, Nov. 19 between the hours of 10 – 11 a.m. at Lebanon's J.C Hellum Funeral Chapel with service to follow.

Interment will be in the Rest Hill Cemetery.
