A celebration of life will be held 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8 at the Partlow Funeral Chapel for Mr. Williams, 93, of Lebanon. A former grocery store owner, he died Thursday Dec. 6, 2012 at Hearthside at Castle Heights.

Visitation 2-4 p.m. Saturday at the Partlow Funeral Chapel. Rev. David Freeman and Don McElroy will officiate the services. Funeral and interment will take place in Chattanooga.
Survivors include: daughters Linda (Don) Chambers and Christy (Randy) Bowen; sister Betty Lee Patterson; grandchildren Glenn (Nora) Chambers, Kellie (Monty) Mires, Michelle (Dan) Coe, Jennifer (Rodney) Burr, Amy Bowen and Apri (James) Billings along with 11 great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by parents Frank Ford Sr. and Ella Mae Ligon Williams along with wife Margaret Weidner Williams.

In lieu of flowers the family request contributions be made in Mr. Williams’ memory to the Gideon’s International.
