Ms. Draper, 50, died Dec. 18,2012, at University Medical Center, Lebanon.
 
Survivors include: father Joe Neal Draper, husband Michael W. Starks, children Reginald and Kim Bass and Demond Starks, ten grandchildren, sister Teresia (Keith) James, brothers Ryan (Jada) and Christopher (Resa Ann) Draper, aunts Nettie (Tom) Tillison and Rosie Britton, devoted friend Charles F. Tiggalong with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and other relatives. 
 

Public viewing begins at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 21 at J.C. Hellum Funeral Chapel. Family Visitation will be held 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Saturday with a 2 p.m. funeral to follow at Peyton Road Church of Christ.
