Funeral services have been set for 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19 at the J.C. Hellum Funeral Chapel for Mrs. Smith, 52, of Lebanon. Born June 22, 1960, she died Jan. 15, 2013 at Lebanon's University Medical Center.

Interment will be at Wilson County Memorial Gardens.
