Funeral services were held Thursday evening, Jan. 17 at the Partlow Funeral Chapel for Mr. Phipps, 90, of Lebanon. He died Tuesday Jan. 15, 2013 at the University Medical Center.

Interment, Friday Jan. 18 at the Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, Nashville.
