Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8 at the Partlow Funeral Chapel for Mrs. Smith, 90, of Lebanon. Preceded in death by parents, James L. & Ruby Swingley and husband, James Harold Smith, she died Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013 at her residence.

Visitation is planned 11 a.m. until the service. Services will be conducted by Bro. Gary McCaleb. Interment will follow at the Leeville Cemetery.
Survivors include: sister Patricia Swingley.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
