Mr. Roger Shates died Feb. 11, 2013 at the age 32. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home / Stone Mansion, 416 Rome Pike, Wednesday, Feb. 13 between the hours of 5-8 p.m. The family will hold a private service.
