Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon, Feb. 26 at the Partlow Funeral Chapel for Mrs. Armstead, 73, of Lebanon. She died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013 at her residence.

Interment was at the Cedar Grove Cemetery.
Lebanon's Partlow Funeral Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
